Workshop Information:

Reiki I ($75) - This is a wonderful workshop for anyone whole would like to learn how to channel the Universal Life Energy (God's Unconditional Love) to friends, family, pets, and children. Workshop includes First Degree Attunement, Certification as a Reiki I Practitioner, & Reiki I Handbook. Pre-requisite: Must have received a Reiki session to sign up. 

You will learn:

• The five principles of Reiki
• What the attunement levels are
• The history of Reiki
• How to work with the Level I symbol
• How to use Reiki in every day life
• How to enhance nursing practice with Reiki I

Reiki II/Crystal Workshop ($75) - Workshop includes Second Degree Attunement, Certification as a Reiki II Practitioner, & Reiki I Handbook. Pre-requisite: Reiki I Workshop.

You will learn:

• What the attunement levels are
• How to work with the Level II Symbols
• How to use Reiki in every day life
• How send Reiki over distance
• How to enhance nursing practice with Reiki II
• The process of cleaning & programming crystals
• How to set up a Reiki Matrix

Reflexology I ($45) - This is a wonderful workshop for anyone whole would like to learn how to perform basic reflexology. Workshop includes Certificate of Completion & Reflexology I Handbook. Pre-requisite: Must have received Reflexology.

You will learn:

• The principles of reflexology using the feet
• Understanding the body systems
• Foot relaxation exercises
• Working with specific ailments

Reflexology II ($45) - A continuation of Reflexology I, this workshop explores working with specific ailments further and introduces Hand Reflexology to broaden your skills. Workshop includes Certificate of Reflexology II Workshop Completion & Reflexology I Handbook. Pre-requisite: Must have received 1 reflexology session to sign up.

You will learn:

• The principles of reflexology using the hands
• Understanding how systems interact when working specific maladies
• Hand relaxation exercises
• Working with specific ailments in both the feet and hands
• Self-Reflexology through the hands

Self-Reflexology for Pain Relief ($25) - This workshop is geared toward anyone who is seeking a means of pain relief for virtually any imbalance. Reflexology works to stimulate, detoxify, and strengthen every system of the body and can be performed on one’s self with ease. This class is a wonderful self-help tool for anyone suffering from diabetes, arthritis, pregnancy discomfort, IBS, PMS, or is undergoing chemotherapy. You will learn:

• The principles of reflexology using the hands
• Understanding how systems interact when working specific maladies
• Hand relaxation exercises
• Working with specific ailments in both the hands
• Self-Reflexology through the hands

Nutritional Counseling - What we put into our bodies has an impact on our health down to a cellular level. Cells which are not “fed” properly cannot function properly and this will impact one’s overall health in a very negative way. The following workshops may be modified to any venue, age group, and timetable.
